Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure monthly Key Performance Index (KPI) and Sales targets are met.
  • Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention.
  • Monitor, evaluate and ensure that customers receive the stated benefits.
  • Be in charge of speed and quality of response to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Conduct a complete survey by ensuring all pertinent details are clearly stated.
  • Sell according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list and discount structure or as approved by the management.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures, and that quality standards are met.

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year work experience in customer service relationship and/or sales / Tele-sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in Mandaue City.
