OverviewResponsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the company's insurance policies, claims, and risk management programs.
  • Ensure all insurance policies remain compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard company assets through effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the processing and resolution of complex insurance claims, coordinate with insurers, legal teams, and stakeholders, and prepare reports to support senior management decisions.
  • Conduct risk assessments, participate in internal and external risk engineering surveys, and engage with industry forums to represent the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, risk management, or corporate insurance programs.
  • Professional certifications and licenses in Insurance (advanced degrees or risk management certifications are an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with integrity and discretion.
