**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing cash and media management functions, performing POS duties, and coordinating with the Corporate Office as necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and controlling costs.
  • Manage cash and media management functions, including handling cash, operating POS systems, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Office on various matters, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and supplies ordering.
  • Ensure that all team members provide customers with efficient, friendly, and superior service.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards consistently throughout the store.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1-5 years of experience as a manager in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in the Coffee Industry.
  • Expertise in people management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
