Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.

  • Conduct regular assessments of HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidates sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.

  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support business objectives.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employees relation issues including conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and performance management.

  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate courses of action.

  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication, trust and collaboration among employees.

  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employees skills and capabilities.

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing and benefit enrollments.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date HR records including employee data, personnel files and HRIS entries.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for senior management to support decision making processes.
