· Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related major or equivalent professional experience
· Must have at least one (1) year Supervisory level
· Must have at least one (1) year experience in financial planning, analysis & reporting
· CPA is a plus but not required
· Knowledgeable of Workday Financial System, preferred but not required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Acts as team lead in month-end financial closing and preparation of financial statements
· Prepares detailed and accurate monthly financial reports with supporting schedules.
· Checks accuracy of balances in the completed schedules
· Assist the immediate head in handling external financial audits of subsidiaries and affiliates
· Collaborates within Finance and cross functional teams for effective and efficient preparation of regulatory reports.
· Prepares other reports as requested by the Management
· Supervises and mentors accounting staff, conduct evaluations, identify training needs.
· Checks the accuracy of reports and payments to the different regulatory agencies such as SEC and BIR.
· Assists the immediate head on various tasks that may be assigned.
