Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answering employees' inquiries about work related issues and coordinate it to PM/PIC and to our Head Office.
2. Coordinate Manpower Request Form (MRF) to Head Office and ensuring that have complete attachment.
3. Helps in Recruitment for the necessary manpower requirements needed.
4. Update Weekly Monitoring Report (Inactive/newly hired) employee via google form.
5. In-charge of conducting orientation/discussion of house rules for newly hired and transferees/s from other project.
6. Processing and ensuring that Daily Time Record will be submitted on time for Payroll processing.
7. Distribution of individual salary to those employees who don't have ATM.
8. Create and monitor employee's master list.
9. Documentation of the 201 files of the employees.
10. Process Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) if any.
11. Dissemination of Memorandum to all employees.
12. Creating Incident Report (IR) with coordination to Project Manager/PIC.
13. Creation of ID's of newly hired employee and updating ID number monitoring via google sheet.
14. Request endorsement letter to Head Office regarding PS Bank ATM application and assist employees for the ATM processing.
15. Preparation/printing forms needed by employees like OT form, leave form, Travel Authority, and etc..
16. Prepare Purchase Request or any purchasing related matters with coordination to Purchasing Head Office.
17. Responsible in handling Petty Cash Fund or any accounting related matters when necessary with coordination to Accounting Head Office.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of BSBM, BSBA, Psychology or any course related to Human Resource.
2. With at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
3. Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Banilad, Cebu City.
3. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Computer literate (MS Office)
6. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
7. Proactive, attention to detail, has high stress tolerance, practice integrity and professionalism.
8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company ethical norms.
