Main Responsibilities:
  1. Attract, develop, and maintain a relationship with power customers in the Philippines.
  2. Present strategy, solutions, and capabilities to existing and potential customers.
  3. Achievement of sales objectives.
  4. Initiate marketing activities, facilitate a technical workshop.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams, and project teams to enhance high-level customer relationships.
  6. Other supporting activities as requested by Superior.
Business Skills Requirements:
  1. Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Filipino.
  2. Confident communicator with the ability to influence customers.
  3. Have a high sense of responsibility and at the same time demonstrate enthusiasm to achieve positive results.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spark.
  5. Ability to be persistent.
  6. Result-oriented approach to work tasks.
  7. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging yet supportive environment.
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
  1. A measurable track record of building, managing, and delivering high-level customer relationships.
  2. Demonstrate good business sense.
  3. Must possess good commercial understanding.
  4. International Business/ Sales background in Power Industry is a plus.
  5. 5+ years of experience in a sales or client relationship role in the Power Market.
