Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process improvement efforts and assist business owners in enhancing existing process performance through analysis, experience, and employee input in a project environment.
- Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach business owners on business excellence principles.
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of standardized processes across the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of a formal management review process for Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach functional areas on measurement principles.
- Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings.
- Facilitate and/or participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis sessions.
- Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices, fostering the expansion of the quality culture within the organization.
- Help develop support assets, such as tracking tools for operational excellence success stories and tracking root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences.
- Communicate key quality issues and business opportunities to management stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5-6 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement roles.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, handle various situations, and express knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies. Experience in leading internal projects is acceptable.
- Local applicants only.
- Open to individual contributor (IC) candidates from various industries.
- Open to college undergraduates with the right experience and background.
- Finance background is required, with at least an 80:20 ratio (understanding of Finance is necessary).
- Yellow Belt (YB) or Green Belt (GB) trained candidates are preferred.

Good to Have:
- Yellow Belt (YB) certification.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a plus but not required, especially in BPO or Shared Services industries.

Additional Flexibility:
- Open to considering qualified CL8 candidates.
- For CL9 Business Transformation and Finance & Accounting (BT+F&A) roles, there is an opportunity to hire standard BT or F&A profiles and upskill them (BT or F&A component).
- CL9 roles may be flexed to CL8 after assessing candidates.
