A US company that is setting up a shared services center in Taguig is building its Talent Acquisition team, from Associate to Manager level roles. The Recruiting Coordinator (Subject Matter Expert) oversees the recruitment process by handling various stages. It plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with the recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in completing the creation of job requisitions, ensuring all necessary details such as job descriptions are included to obtain approval.

  • Contact candidates to conduct initial phone screenings, assessing qualifications and fit.

  • Coordinate interview logistics, including travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ensure recruitment activities are properly documented, including steps in the screening process. Including maintaining compliance with company policies.

  • Provide general administrative support to recruiters, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Previous applicant tracking system experience is preferred.

  • Workday and CRM experience is strongly preferred.

  • Effective problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities.

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.

  • Proactive team play, strong worth ethic

  • Proficient in English
