Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
  • Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and provide a superior candidate experience.
  • Job Posting & Market Research: Develop job descriptions, analyze recruitment trends, and refine sourcing strategies to meet client demands.
  • Client & Stakeholder Support: Assist in client coordination, understanding hiring needs, and delivering quality candidates.
  • Database & ATS Management: Ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting by updating records.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably not from a manpower agency.
  • Proven ability to source candidates using various channels.
