Head of Organization Design and Workforce Planning

The Medical City (TMC) is searching for an experienced Head of Organization Design and Workforce Planning to be part of the team that leads the organization to the next level. This role is critical in shaping the structure, capabilities, and talent landscape of the organization by aligning workforce strategies and design with business goals, ensuring optimal utilization of human capital, and preparing the organization to meet future challenges. We are looking for a self-starter and strategic thinker who acts with a sense of urgency and delivers timely results.
This role reports directly to the Group Chief Human Resource Officer and will cover the TMC enterprise.
What's The Role All About?
Success in this role hinges on partnering with the business to gain deep insight into internal operations as well as the external market factors that influence TMC's strategy, goals, and performance. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organization Design - lead the development and implementation of organizational design and operating model solutions for business units through analysis of the current-state organization and identification of the costs and business benefits of change. Develop recommendations to enhance organizational capabilities, span of control, and overall efficiency.
- Strategic Workforce Planning - lead the development of workforce plans for all business units across the enterprise through environmental scanning, supply and demand gap analysis. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable workforce strategies. Monitor and evaluate progress against the workforce plan, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Data Analytics and Insights - understand external labor market trends and internal workforce scenarios to formulate sound and reliable analytic models, tools, and procedures aimed at improving the organization's performance and business results.
- Leadership and Internal Client Relationship Engagement - communicate organization design and workforce planning strategies effectively to stakeholders across the organization; clarify the actions needed to implement this strategy; partner with the leadership team and HRBPs in leading change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Policy Development and Implementation - develop a comprehensive organization design and workforce planning framework, policies, processes, and oversee its implementation across the enterprise. Ensure their alignment with organizational strategies and work objectives.

Ideally, a candidate must have a degree in either Business, Management, Statistics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role under Organization Design and Workforce Planning function or a related function.
