About the role

Join PC Express, a leading IT retail company, as one of our talented Trainer. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our team to excel. As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the professional development and growth of our talented workforce. This is a full-time position based in our San Juan City office.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess and identify training needs across the organization

  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on a variety of topics

  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives

  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness

  • Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and trends in the industry

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar learning and development role

  • Strong expertise in designing and delivering highly engaging and impactful training programs

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences

  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to develop high-quality training materials

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for continuous learning and a drive to stay up-to-date with industry trends

  • Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule
