We are looking for a strategic and creative PR & Events Manager to drive our brand storytelling, media presence, and experiential marketing initiatives. In this role, you will shape narratives, cultivate media relationships, and create impactful experiences that elevate our brand. You will play a key role in public relations, event management, business partnerships, and digital PR, ensuring our campaigns resonate with audiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Brand Communication

  • Develop and implement integrated PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Craft and distribute press releases, thought leadership pieces, and brand stories.
  • Monitor media coverage, manage crisis communications, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with social media, creative, and digital teams to align messaging.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand activations, corporate events, product launches, and experiential campaigns.
  • Develop event strategies that align with marketing goals and audience engagement.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.
  • Analyze event performance, measure ROI, and optimize future activations.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify new business opportunities, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.
  • Develop and pitch event concepts to potential clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Ensure seamless client communication and project execution as part of account management.
  • Manage event budgeting, pricing, and cost efficiencies in alignment with PR goals.

Digital PR & Social Media Integration

  • Leverage social and digital channels to amplify PR efforts and event promotions.
  • Work with social media, content, and paid media teams to drive engagement.
  • Utilize social listening and media monitoring tools to track campaign success.
  • Stay ahead of PR trends, influencer marketing strategies, and brand storytelling innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

1) Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2) Experience: 3+ years in PR, event management, or brand communications.

  • Strong media relations and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven experience in executing successful PR campaigns and high-impact events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and client management expertise.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital PR, influencer marketing, and emerging brand communication trends.
