Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning:
    • Plan, organize, and coordinate events, including weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, conferences, and private functions.
    • Liaise with clients to understand event needs, timelines, and expectations.
    • Develop detailed event schedules, ensuring all timelines are met and the venue is set up according to client specifications.
  • Venue Operations:
    • Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring it is maintained, clean, and fully operational.
    • Manage venue bookings, including handling inquiries, confirming availability, and processing contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations for the venue and events.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
