Senior Product Success Manager
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Associate Product Success Manager that would contribute to bridging Product Strategy and Execution in areas surrounding Product Development. You will harness data insights to shape product strategies, drive seamless execution of product rollouts & help clients derive value out of our new Products and services during a hypercare period.
The role will have an opportunity to grow within Sprout as it expands its Product Suite across multiple areas: HR, Fintech, AI, and others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Intelligence:
- Execute activities related to gathering, analyzing, and interpreting product performance data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Identify areas for enhancement, innovation, or course correction based on Product Intelligence to the Product Team.
- Act as the Product Department's in-house tools and infrastructure expert and enable product teams to deliver real-time analytics dashboards and tools to facilitate decision-making at strategic and tactical levels.
- Product Initiated Roll Outs:
- Directly execute a subset of product rollouts in accordance with the Product Success framework.
- Track and report on rollout performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment during launches.
- Maintain additional product and process documentation as needed to ensure smooth product roll outs.
- Internal Hypercare Operations:
- Directly handle Client Onboarding, Implementation and Support in early roll out hypercare period which involves Product Trainings and management of critical issues.
- Enable the cross-functional departments to handle new Major Releases and/or Products in terms of Client Onboarding, Implementation and Product Support in the shortest possible time.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Timeliness and success rate of product initiative roll outs, where part of the success criteria of product initiatives is stakeholder satisfaction.
- Quality and impact of product intelligence insights on decision-making and organizational reporting.
- Turnaround time of owned processes (e.g. hypercare period - Onboarding, Implementation, Support).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Data, Customer Success or a similar role in SaaS, Fintech, Tech Environment.
- Exceptional Fresh Graduates can be considered if there are past achievements of meaningful projects done.
- Strong First Principles Thinking - the ability to deconstruct a big problem into small pieces and solve them in innovative ways.
- Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, Zendesk.
- Experience with Product Analytics tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Analytics etc.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with past demonstrable experience with working and building relationships with cross-functional teams.
- High tolerance for changing priorities and processes with high agility to adapt as needed.
