The Product Manager for an IT & BPO Service Company is responsible for developing and managing digital solutions, automation tools, and service offerings that enhance business process efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize IT and BPO services, and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Development
    • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT and BPO service-related products and platforms.
    • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and business opportunities to enhance service offerings.
    • Develop innovative solutions that integrate IT automation, AI, and analytics into BPO processes.
  2. Service & Solution Innovation
    • Drive the adoption of digital transformation strategies within BPO operations.
    • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to develop automation tools, AI-driven chatbots, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and self-service solutions.
    • Ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with BPO workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Stakeholder & Client Management
    • Gather and analyze requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to enhance service offerings.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to define service value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related discussions with clients and executive leadership.
  4. Product Execution & Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and BPO service products, from ideation to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
    • Prioritize product features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
    • Monitor product performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvements based on feedback.
  5. Technology & Process Optimization
    • Leverage AI, automation, cloud computing, and data analytics to optimize BPO service delivery.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of digital solutions.
    • Identify opportunities to implement emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, and process mining for improved service outcomes.
  6. Risk & Compliance Management
    • Ensure that IT and BPO products adhere to industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc.).
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery and product performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–10 years of experience in IT product management, BPO operations, or digital transformation projects.
    • Experience in managing enterprise IT solutions, automation tools, or SaaS platforms for BPO operations.
  2. Technical & Business Skills
    • Strong understanding of IT service management, business process automation, and AI-driven solutions.
    • Knowledge of BPO industry processes, workflows, and customer service operations.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools (JIRA, Aha, Trello), and cloud-based platforms.
    • Ability to analyze business data, customer behavior, and operational performance to drive decision-making.
  3. Soft Skills
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
