About the Opportunity:

  • Spearheads the execution of Marketing and Channels activities and strategies for McDonald's stores.
  • Builds and maintains brand awareness and aid stores in meeting its sales target
  • Ensures that marketing minimums for store openings are met
  • Conducts restaurant audits from time-to-time to reinforces proper procedure and details of all Marketing platforms
  • Identifies Field Marketing strategies and interventions to help improve restaurant sales and profitability
  • Evaluates sales building plans, creates new strategies, and builds opportunities of assigned areas to meet sales targets through marketing promotions and community relations
  • Leads Marketing platforms and activities through restaurant execution and monitoring of budget
  • Builds and maintains a working relationship with the team, restaurants, departments, local communities and other service providers
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned

Additional Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any other related course.
  • With at least 5 years of experience in marketing or sales
  • Proficient in MS365 and with strong communication skills
  • Ideally resides in Cagayan De Oro
