BEBE BASK is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager/Strategist to help us take our brand to new heights. You will be creative and plan through proper research, market analysis, and data—not quick assumptions. You are a star communicator ready to lead our brand\'s presence across all social platforms with a focus on Instagram. This is not an entry-level role—we\'re searching for someone with minimum 5 years of experience managing content calendars, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and growing strong brand communities online. You\'ll work directly with the Founder and play a pivotal role in elevating our social presence and driving brand growth.
Base pay rangeThis base pay range is provided by AUS SOURCER INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD: $14,500.00/yr - $19,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities- Social Media Content Creation: Develop and write engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, as well as Facebook, Tik Tok and Pinterest. Your main responsibility will be crafting content that resonates with our target audience, sparks meaningful engagement, and builds brand loyalty. This includes brainstorming and scripting attention-grabbing captions and video content that align with the brand voice and clearly communicate key messages in an effective and impactful way.
- Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Serve as the first point of contact for influencers and Amazon affiliates, ensuring prompt, warm, and brand-consistent communication. You\'ll manage collaboration requests, craft personalized messages to build trust and community. Responsibilities include defining and tracking influencers & affiliate tiers, tailoring outreach to match each partner\'s voice, and refining scripts to strengthen authentic connections—treating every partner like a valued friend to grow and elevate the BEBE BASK brand.
- Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile. This includes consistently liking, commenting, and thoughtfully interacting with relevant content to increase visibility, build trust, and position BEBE BASK within high-value social circles. Your goal is to organically expand our brand reach and foster genuine connections with potential new followers and customers who reflect the heart of our community.
- Content Planning and Calendar Management: Collaborate closely with the Founder of BEBE BASK to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns. Once the framework is set, you will take full ownership of content planning—managing scheduling, platform-specific adaptations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality posting that resonates with our target audience.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Canva Proficiency: Confidently use Canva to design custom social media posts and stories that align with written content and brand guidelines. While there are currently no pre-designed templates available, you will be responsible for creating visually cohesive layouts from scratch. A strong design sensibility and the ability to pair engaging visuals with impactful copy are essential to succeed in this role.
- Instagram Reels Scriptwriting: Develop concise, trend-driven scripts for Instagram Reels that immediately capture viewer attention and clearly communicate the brand message. Ensure all video content aligns with the brand\'s tone and is optimized for maximum engagement.
- Analyze Performance and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor KPIs, track engagement metrics, and use analytics tools to evaluate performance. Adjust strategies based on insights to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Email Newsletter Copywriting: Take full responsibility for crafting engaging, on-brand copy for our email newsletters. You will write content that connects with our community, promotes products thoughtfully, and drives both engagement and conversions. This includes aligning newsletter themes with marketing priorities, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and ensuring all communications add value to our audience while supporting business goals.
- Product Launch Collaboration: Play a key role in launching new products by working closely with the Founder and our Catalog Manager to develop and execute launch strategies across social media and email. You\'ll be responsible for crafting content, coordinating timing, and ensuring cohesive messaging that builds anticipation, communicates product value, and drives engagement and conversions.
- Collaboration with Founder & Team: Work directly with the Founder to align on brand direction, content priorities, and overall strategy. You\'ll also collaborate closely with teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. This includes participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to larger campaigns, and supporting cross-functional execution with clear and proactive communication.
- Experience & Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing—preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brand environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You will be the primary point of contact for influencers and affiliates, and the digital voice of the brand—so clarity, warmth, and brand-aligned messaging are essential.
- Creative & Strategic Copywriting: Must have strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts that reflect the brand\'s voice and values.
- Visual & Editing Proficiency: Skilled in creating and editing content for Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Must be proficient in Canva and capable of producing visually cohesive content from scratch, without relying on pre-made templates.
- Organizational & Planning Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize UGC and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner.
- Demographic Relevance to the Brand: Due to the nature of our business as a baby and lifestyle brand, this role is suited to women aged 28 and above who naturally understand and can authentically connect with our core audience of modern mothers and caregivers.

- Curious Mind: You should have a network that helps you stay on top of current strategies that are working on Amazon.com and enjoy taking this information to run some tests to see if we can emulate results.
- Fast internet and a professional home work setup: As this is a work from home digital position, regular internet outages or poor connections won\'t set you up for success. A speed test and backup power will be required for this role.

Salary: $5-$8/hour Depending on experience
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Founder
Hours: Full-time. You must be able to work Australian business hours (AEST) with at least 4 hours of overlap, particularly during your onboarding phase.
