HR Culture & Engagement Manager

The incumbent is responsible for designing, integrating, and delivering culture, organizational development (OD), and engagement programs and interventions that support business strategy execution and enhance operational objectives. These programs may include employee engagement, recognition, culture building, change management, and communication.

The incumbent shall also perform as an advisor to Engagement partner, HR Business Partners and line management on the culture and engagement programs and initiatives.

Job Accountabilities

Organization Development and Effectiveness
  • Design & Development - Analyzes the organization structure, determines changes to organizational responsibilities, managerial skills and quality of work life; Develop and enhance OD programs to support the various OD initiatives of company;
  • Program Implementation/Facilitation - Organize successful roll-out of assigned programs including facilitation of learning sessions, focus group discussions, discussion meetings with line managers and coordination with vendors. Align programs with learning needs and capability of the employees, if needed.
  • Program Monitoring - Develop success measures and monitoring mechanism to assess the effectiveness of implementation and impact of programs.
Culture Building
  • Identify and develop culture building initiatives of PLUK (e.g. high performing, agile, customer obsession, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety)
  • Develop initiatives to reinforce the PLUK culture to espouse the company's core values and embed in the company's way of life
Change Management and Communication
  • Develop a change management and communication process or structure to support the various initiatives and programs of HR.
  • Develop and implement ways (communication structure) to provide employees with regular, timely, relevant and useful information on employee engagement activities, employee recognition and employer branding initiatives, if any.
  • Manage the internal HR communication portal
  • Support and facilitate change management and communication requirements of the business by partnering with HRBPs and line managers to determine the appropriate communication approach.
Employee Engagement and Recognition
  • Implement and sustain individual and team recognition programs/activities to promote engagement and collaboration in the organization.
  • Plan and execute action plans to provide all admin/logistical requirements to ensure success of recognition programs.
  • Review and recommend enhancements and improvements on the existing programs criteria and guidelines.
  • Manage and lead the implementation of Employee Engagement Survey in PLUK.
  • Analyze and provide insights and recommendations on Employee Engagement Survey results
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on suitable engagement programs and collaborate with partners to implement these data-driven initiatives.
  • Prepare presentation template for the post-survey discussion and action planning for the various work units. Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in the interpretation and presentation of the survey results.
  • Develop presentation and communication materials to disseminate engagement results to each Division and co-facilitate with HRBPs on the launch of the survey results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Management, or other related courses
  • In-depth understanding of Organization Development, Change Management Principles and their alignment to training and development and overall application in the organization.
  • Considerable knowledge or familiarity with the concepts, principles, and best practices in the following areas: Agile, Design Thinking, Employee Journey Mapping, Work Effectiveness, and Personal Effectiveness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva
  • Inter-personal relations skills (indicated by proven ability to establish contact, form networks, and to reach out to people of various ranks out of own initiative)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Employee Engagement and Change Management
  • At least two to three (2-3) years of experience in a managerial or individual contributor role
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in training
  • Preferably with experience in organizing employee events
