We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our growing organization. In this role, you will partner with business leaders across multiple geographies, including the Philippines, Korea, Colombia, and Canada, to drive our people agenda and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will be instrumental in fostering an engaging, high-performance culture where employees can thrive and deliver exceptional results.
What you'll do:Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's objectives and drive a high-performance culture. Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all employee relations issues. Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to identify key talent and high-potential employees. Develop and implement talent development programs in partnership with our Learning and Talent Development Lead to build capabilities and ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Work with our Learning and Talent Development Lead in securing a future-ready workforce in the organization.- Performance Management: Drive the performance management process across the organization. Coach managers on setting clear performance expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting effective performance reviews.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Communicate effectively with employees to foster understanding and buy-in for change efforts.
- Employee Engagement: Partner with the Culture Champion Lead to develop and execute employee engagement strategies that enhance employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive workplace environment across all locations.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders to enhance people strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development Lead to assess training needs and deliver relevant learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive business performance.
- Compensation and Benefits: Work with the HR head and Finance team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. Provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs. Develop and implement strategies to address workforce gaps and ensure the organization is equipped to achieve its business goals.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations across multiple geographies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and implement policies and practices that mitigate risk.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to strengthen collaboration and alignment.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive experience and smooth integration into the organization. Manage the offboarding process to ensure compliance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar position, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple geographies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve complex HR issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority. Experience in coaching and developing managers and employees.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt HR practices to meet the needs of diverse employee groups.
