Overview

The Territory Solutions Lead is a results-oriented and experienced sales professional that manages relations with accredited partners and agents. They drive the achievement of daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners and aggregators. The individual should have area sales and financial management expertise in the assigned territory, including operational day-to-day management and competitor monitoring.

What you need to succeed
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage the total growth of the area assigned in terms of Maya GTV and Use Cases of the MSME segment
  • Grow the business in the assigned territory through managing its accounts and Maya Agents
  • Operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies suitable for the area
  • Ensure that all partners and agents are trained and knowledgeable of our product and use cases including Maya Bank products for retail agents
  • Conduct regular meetings with MSAP, MA Partners, and Maya Agents to cascade and monitor sales performance
  • Maintain relationships with Accredited Partners and Maya agents including after-sales servicing
What we are looking for
  • Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
  • Knowledgeable in Sales Account & Relationship Management
  • Knowledgeable in e-wallets and payments ecosystem
  • Preferably at least 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Development
  • Knowledge in financial technologies and other intersecting industries is a plus
  • Must be residing in Davao and willing to handle Davao region
