Overview

Overview: The Territory Solutions Lead is a results-oriented and experienced sales personnel that manages relations with accredited partner & agents. They drive the achievement of the daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners & aggregator. It is expected that the individual has area sales & financial management expertise in the assigned territory both in operational / day-to-day management and competitor monitoring.

What you need to succeed
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales target
  • Manages the total growth of the Area assigned in terms of Maya GTV & Uses Cases of the MSME segmen
  • Grow the business in the assigned territory through managing its Account & Maya Agen
  • Operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies as suitable to the area
  • Ensure that all partners and agents are trained and knowledgeable of our product and use cases including Maya Bank products for retail agent
  • Conduct regular meetings with MSAP, MA Partners, & Maya Agents to cascade and monitor sales performanc
  • Maintain relationships with Accredited Partners, & Maya agents including immediate after sales servicin
What we are looking
  • for: Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any other related fi
  • eld.Knowledgeable in Sales Account & Relationship Managem
  • ent.Knowledgeable in e-wallets and payments ecosys
  • tem.Preferably at least 3-4 years experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Developm
