As inbound associates we receive calls and from internal clients (other business units such as Client Services, Benefits and Talent Solutions) and external clients (clients who purchased ADP services) regarding technical and reporting concerns. Our job is to partner with clients by understanding their concerns and providing holistic resolution through complete client education.

Qualifications

BPO/KPO Experience is an advantage but not required Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to handle complex issues with minimal supervision from a Team Leader
