
SBS Client Service West Client Service Representative I

SBS Client Service Representative serves as the frontline point of contact for our employers who are seeking assistance with payroll, system & tools navigation, taxes, and other inquiries through inbound calls, service requests, and chat. Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Client Support: You will help clients manage their business using our solutions, which may include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll and tax issues. Support might also involve collaborating with multiple business units and teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Learn: You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, and desktop support tools to effectively support our clients.
- Organize: You will adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls. During peak seasons, such as year-end, phone support may increase.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively—both written and verbal
- Flexibility in work environment (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
- Enthusiastic about learning and upskilling
- Capable of making informed decisions to resolve client inquiries
