About The Job

Reporting to the Regional Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the Marine Division. You will be providing direct support to customers, including complex quotations and advance technical support. In this role, you will be based in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.
  • Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customers.
  • Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
  • Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
  • Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it matches the customer needs.
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and make decisions.
What You Know
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Degree in Marine Engineering a plus.
  • Marine equipment and technical background a plus (aftersales, spare parts & service).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders.
  • High customer service orientation.
  • Experience in a company with an international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization.
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and drive to excel.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
