Job Description
  1. Execute key grower and channel campaigns as outlined in the area plan and approved by the campaign planning team.
  2. Implement sales execution actions supporting campaigns, including product launch strategies for the sales area and commercial units.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned area, market potential of key crops, product treatments, and relevant grower segments.
  4. Drive brand adoption of the CP Innovations portfolio and accelerate sales of new product launches.
  5. Expand grower and retailer reach, increase wallet share, and build strong customer relationships.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and plans for channels within the sales area.
  7. Monitor business performance and adjust grower campaigns and tactics to meet sales targets and promote product movement.
  8. Offer continuous feedback on market trends, crop seasons, competition, and customer performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Understanding of the crop protection industry and hands-on experience in retailer management, field promotions, product demonstrations, and demand planning/execution.
  • Ability to process and interpret data and market insights.
  • Results-driven with high performance orientation and ability to manage 3P field personnel.
