Job Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and provide important information/assistance to clients
  • Check mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
  • Answer participant questions and engage with participants to understand their needs
What are we looking for?
  • Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
  • High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience are also welcome
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Residence within 25km to 35km from the workplace
