Job Summary:

The Security Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, support, and administration of the company's protective services, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and intellectual property in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role manages end-to-end security operations, systems, and risk mitigation strategies, while promoting awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of comprehensive security plans and protocols aligned with semiconductor industry standards.
  • Ensure protection of all employees, senior corporate executives, expatriates, and high-value company assets, including precious metals and proprietary equipment.
  • Oversee all security systems operations including surveillance systems, access control, command center activities, and guard force management.
  • Ensure compliance and enforcement of CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) and precious metals management programs.
  • Conduct internal and external security audits, risk assessments, and investigations involving loss, breach, or misconduct.
  • Serve as the lead for executive protection operations during on-site or off-site visits and travel.
  • Advise leadership on security risks and vulnerabilities affecting operations, personnel, or company reputation.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and industry partners to ensure full compliance with relevant security laws and standards.
  • Communicate security advisories and promote security awareness programs for employees and external partners to minimize threats and losses.
  • Prepare incident reports and performance updates for top management and support emergency response planning and drills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in a security leadership role within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-value manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in surveillance and access control systems management, guard force administration, and crisis response.
  • Knowledgeable in CTPAT, asset protection (including precious metals), and export processing zone compliance.
  • Strong investigative, leadership, and risk assessment skills.
  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or related credentials are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder engage
