Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Support: Act as a point of contact onsite for employees for HR-related queries, providing guidance on benefits, policies, and procedures, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Employee Relations: Support and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment.
  3. HR Projects: Assist with HR-related projects such as employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recruitment support.
  4. Event Planning: Organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to enhance workplace culture.
  5. Regular Touch Base: Conduct regular touchpoints with employees (both onsite and virtual), maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  6. Admin Tasks: Support the HR department with various administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  7. Billing and Collection Support: Provide support for billing and collection activities, ensuring all associated tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  8. Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status, deliverables, and any potential issues.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or a related administrative role, with a background in people management and client relations.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices (preferred).
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  5. Advanced Soft Skills: Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills; adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
