We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in building and automating the FPT Cloud infrastructure platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud-native technologies, infrastructure-as-code, and large-scale system operations. You will start by working on deployment automation, system monitoring, and internal tooling, and progressively take ownership in designing and optimizing core components of our cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to build and operate core components of the FPT Cloud platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Participate in the deployment, monitoring, and improvement of cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development and automation of internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services.
  • Work with modern technologies and apply best practices in system operations and DevOps.
  • Continuously explore, experiment with, and apply new technologies to improve system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, preferably GitLab CI.
  • Familiar with Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed systems.
  • Understanding of monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform is a plus.
  • Team player, responsible, and eager to learn new technologies.

    • Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
    • Site HCMC: 3 rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
  • Working hours:
    • 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM
    • 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
