DevOps Engineer/SRE

FPT Smart Cloud is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our elite Cloud project, where you'll help build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure for cutting-edge AI products. • CI/CD: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for fast, reliable deployments.
• Servers: Manage internal servers, databases (Elastic Search) and Big Data systems (Spark, Kafka) using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Monitoring & Metrics: Implement monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and define KPIs/SLOs to ensure system performance.
• SRE Operations: Enhance reliability via incident response, RCA, and chaos engineering.
• Security: Enforce security practices, manage tools (IAM, Vault), and ensure compliance (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Collaboration: Work with dev and data teams; document processes.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g.Spark, Kafka, or Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with security tools and practices (e.g., IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Certifications (Preferred):

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
• SRE-related certifications (e.g., SRE Foundation by DevOps Institute)

Working details:

• Working Location: Site HCMC: 3rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
