Job Description
This is a non-management role that plays an important part in the core operational planning of the entire supply chain at P&G. You will work on a value stream within a category that interacts with different markets or countries. Your responsibilities include developing and communicating valid production schedules for finished products and material requirements, collaborating with manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure consistent service performance to P&G customers. You will also be a key driver in performance metrics to enhance supply network performance in cash, cost, and customer service through digitization.
Your team
You will work with a diverse group of individuals and report to the department leader.
How Success Looks Like
- Understanding of operating strategy, standard work processes, and planning parameters.
- Familiarity with existing tools and solutions to perform work efficiently following standard processes.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Perform planning using tools, maintain master data, review, analyze, and make decisions to meet service and cost targets in daily operations.
- Drive continual improvement through standard work processes.
- Interface with different teams to support requests and resolve issues.
- Conduct trend analysis for key measures and promote continuous improvement in standard work processes.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma with background/skills in Engineering, Logistics, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- High proficiency in PC skills, especially MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills.
- Operational excellence.
