HR Business Partner at Prime Asset Ventures, Inc. | VILLAR GROUP OF COMPANIES

Core Responsibilities:

  • Gather data, monitor, and analyze data trends.
  • Assist in creating short to medium-term Electricity Spot Price forecasts.
  • Report actual vs. forecast values.
  • Monitor energy levels, report needs or excesses, and conduct market analysis to identify fluctuations in cost and availability of power sources.
  • Participate in and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business.

Person Specifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in economics, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Mathematics, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must have advanced MS Excel (MS VBA is a plus), Basic WESM Concepts (Pricing, Billing and Settlement, Trading), Data Analysis, and Problem Solving.
  • Applicants must be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and a team player.
  • Applicants must have good interpersonal skills and should take responsibility for their actions.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City plus 2 Saturdays per month.
