What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Operations Assistant, you will help support daily merchandise operations and special marketing projects during the holiday and brand campaign period.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and update inventory records.

  • Customer Service – Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries, orders, and product info.

  • Order Fulfillment – Verify, pack, and dispatch orders including bulk and consignment deliveries.

  • Online Store Support – Process orders via the InLife Merch App and upcoming online store.

  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate sales logs and assist in weekly/monthly reports.

  • Event & Store Support – Help with store display upkeep and support pop-up events or activations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Open to fresh graduates and early-career applicants

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative

  • Able to handle both clerical and physically active tasks (e.g., packing and coordinating deliveries)

  • Must be available to work onsite at our Alabang Head Office
