Industry-Academe Linkage, Alumni and Placement (IALAP) Associate

JOB ROLE/SUMMARY:

The Associate is responsible for establishing partnerships programs or collaborative engagements with industry partners of the College.

• Liaise with industry partners and prospective partners on collaborative activities with the school.
• Plans and organizes industry-based events, for the benefit of the students and Associates of FEU Tech Manila.
• Manage the records of industry partners, records, database, and system, inclusive of maintenance and enhancements.
• Communicate and monitors industry partners' needs, activities, feedback and concerns to the appropriate office for proper action.
• Evaluates and qualify prospective industry partners of the school.
• Coordinate with industry partners on the faculty immersion program of the school, including the deployment of faculty members.
• Assists the Director in strategic planning for the office in terms of Industry Partners Relations.
• Other relevant duties and responsibilities that is assigned by the Director; such as, but not limited to:
• Office Management
• Project Management
• Marketing Collateral Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related degree

Experience:

• Experience in IALAP Associate or Operations is an advantage

Desirable Traits:

• Customer Service Oriented
• People Relation skills. The Associate must be able to communicate with a wide variety of people
• A negotiation skill is an advantage
• Must be pro-active, meticulous, highly organized, team player, result oriented and with strong sense of urgency
• Must be proficient in English communication
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office software
• Exude Confidence
• Presentation skill is an advantage
• Conversant with wide array of topics
• Amenable to work onsite to engage with students and industry partners
