  • Computes Insurance premium for clients and MP's.
  • Prepare Renewal notice for Insurance clients and proposal for non-in- house.
  • Responsible for soliciting monthly renewal business through telemarketing, text blasting, emailing, and etc.
  • Controls IPRS New Business & Renewal Business.
  • Handles Insurance of In house vehicles.
  • Administer daily transmittal for banks copy & deliveries of policy to clients.
  • Ensures that a vehicle insurance policy was written and received by the MP/Client prior to vehicle release/ delivery.
  • Daily collection encoding.
  • Transmit & checked IPRS (New & Renew) to audit.
  • Answers all clients' inquiries and follow-up.
  • Man the insurance desk at the showroom and attend to all insurance related concerns of clients.
  • Administer registered mailing & courier of unclaimed official receipts & unclaimed policies.
  • Responsible for the increase of volume of In-house clients.
  • Monitors daily renewed policies.
  • Administer Customer file maintenance
  • Updating of customer database
  • Transmit invoices of finished policies of new business to Finance Department.
  • Handling transmitted document forwarding slips.
  • Secure receiving logbooks on all documents to be received.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Possesses good communication skills
  • At least 1 year work experience as Claims Associate
  • Preferably with background in customer handling and automotive industry
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa City
