Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to generate business, retain and grow account revenue, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business leads.
  • Conduct sales calls and telemarketing.
  • Assist with client inspections and site visits.
  • Participate in sales blitzes and hotel-hosted events.
  • Represent the hotel at meetings and events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Negotiate deals and manage contracts.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
  • Attend training programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
