Responsibilities
  1. Provide assistance to customers either walk in or through phone calls by answering the queries and give preliminary diagnosis to possible causes of reported defects of equipment.
  2. Assess reported technical problems; determine proper solutions to equipment brought for report.
  3. Manage on site installation and maintenance to avoid machine breakdown or malfunction.
  4. Repair broken, damaged or failed devices to fulfill its designed function.
  5. Assist Service Reception in checking consumables, receiving units and other accessories attached on unit.
  6. Work closely with Service Team to resolve reported technical issues of machine.
  7. Perform other functions, which may be assign from time to time.
Qualifications

With Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Engineering Technology, technically equipped in hardware repairs and service technical equipment.
