About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER & JANITORIAL SERVICES COOPERATIVE'. This is a full-time role based in Cebu City Cebu. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various building systems and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical issues
  • Completing routine inspections and monitoring the condition of building infrastructure
  • Assisting with the installation and repair of equipment and fixtures
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with the facilities management team to ensure a safe and well-maintained working environment
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property, Body Corporate & Facilities Management industry
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and on-call as required
