About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of small to medium-sized buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to install and modify building equipment and systems.
  • Track progress and ensure completion of assigned work orders.
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives by optimizing building system performance.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • The ability to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
