
Sales Development Representative

We\'re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in our company\'s growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a solid understanding of the cloud and DevOps landscape, and a knack for building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Actively engage with the industry community to expand your professional network and identify potential business opportunities. Leverage your existing connections to generate warm leads and referrals.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through a mix of cold emails, calls, and social selling techniques.
- Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and determine if they are a good fit for our cloud and DevOps services.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating content for social media and email campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the cloud and DevOps space.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven Network: Possess an established professional network within the technology, cloud, or DevOps sectors. A history of building and leveraging strong professional relationships to drive business is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of cloud and DevOps concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure, CI/CD, containerization).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
