Overview

Quality and Process Improvement Supervisor for Commonwealth Hospital and Medical Center (CHMC), part of the MVP Group of Companies and Metro Pacific Health (MPH) network. CHMC is a growing hospital with a modern facility and a focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance within CHMC.
  • Oversee process assessments, workflow reviews, and quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop corrective action plans, and implement sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in quality management or process improvement (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Experience with ISO certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
