Join Genpact as a Management Trainee in Insurance, supporting team growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a tech-driven environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support, instruction, and coaching to a team of 15 front line agents
  • Managing floor coverage in a large team environment
  • Actively pursuing initiatives to help team members achieve individual and team key indicators
  • Collaborating with the Manager to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers and partners in other business units to optimize client relationships
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer escalated calls
  • Fostering and supporting a diverse team environment across differences (race, age, gender, sexual orientation, etc.)
  • Helping agents become self-sufficient by guiding them to find answers to FAQs
  • Coordinating daily schedules with the Supervisor and setting daily coaching activities
  • Listening in real-time and providing QNI feedback to agents
  • Sharing ideas to improve team performance and morale
  • Driving retention and employee engagement activities
  • Maintaining timekeeping of subordinates and coordinating with HR on employee requests and benefits
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Excellent product/process understanding – features, benefits, procedures, and guidelines
  • Computer skills, including MS Office functions
  • Excellent communication skills – comprehension, articulation, effective listening, and written
  • College graduate or at least college level reached
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Ability to communicate and relate well at all levels, internally and externally
  • Proactive approach to work, showing initiative and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet campaign KPIs
  • Team player, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactively sets own goals and is open to development feedback
  • Fast execution and multitasking ability
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
