Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Infrastructure & Logistics.
Responsibilities- EHS&S AND FACILITIES SUPPORT: Environment Health and Safety & Sustainability – Support the implementation of EHS&S within the company. Monitor, update and maintain policies and procedures. Develop and update documents such as Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) and Aspect Impact Assessment (AIA).
- Assist in implementing a safe environment by monitoring and reporting any health and safety hazards. Support internal and external audits related to EHS&S and Facilities. Maintain the EHS incident tracker. Assist on EHS global reporting and monitoring of EHS &S and OSH management. Support EHS&S and DOLE audits. Support the company's waste management policy by proper management and monitoring of waste disposal. Ensure that all Facilities related labels, signage and posters are updated and complete. Assist in the implementation of Energy Management System.
- Facilities Management: Monitor, update and maintain Facilities' policies and procedures. Suggest improvements to increase department effectiveness and performance. Conduct regular facilities inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health and safety practices. Collaborate with Landlord on facilities and EHS&S matters. Raise PR for services and activities related to I&L, EHS&S and ensure release of PO on a timely manner.
- Promoting sustainability within the company. Coordinate with internal team about vendors, invoices and payments. Arrange team activities including resident vendors. Provide client visit support. Other duties as assigned by the I&L Team. Assist the company's/team's CSR activities. Prepare monthly reports as needed.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the I&L Team.
- Associate degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred.
- Training on basic health and safety and first aid.
- Training on Energy Management System.
- Relevant experience in the implementation of environment, health, safety and sustainability, facilities management policies and procedures, energy management, inventory management, facilities support and administration.
