We're seeking a mid-level to senior-level Technical Consultant to join our team. You'll play a vital role in implementing, designing, and refining NetSuite solutions for our clients. This is a fully remote role with no travel requirements, perfect for someone eager to grow into a leadership position while working collaboratively with supportive colleagues and management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement NetSuite solutions for clients, starting with guided project work.
  2. Test and validate your work to ensure quality and functionality.
  3. Participate in client meetings, initially with managerial guidance, and grow into leading discussions independently.
  4. Design flexible, user-friendly, and efficient solutions that align with client needs and NetSuite best practices.
  5. Train clients on using custom solutions effectively.
  6. Regularly collaborate with management and colleagues for feedback and advice.

Requirements:

  1. Mid-level to senior-level experience working with NetSuite.
  2. Proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, workflows, and custom records.
  3. Experience with React is a plus but not required.
  4. Strong communication and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to test and troubleshoot your work effectively.
  6. A growth mindset with a desire to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
  7. Familiarity with the promotional products industry is a plus but not required.
