To conceptualize and strategize on different marketing ideas to provide the family fun experience that makes every day better as well as to make sure all implemented activations will drive foot traffic, vehicle count and mall sales through cost effective campaigns for all handled regions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Direction - innovate and Research on New Trends and New Fun Technology for Marketing; recommend innovative marketing ideas based on the research conducted
  • Events Management - conceptualize yearly marketing events covering all areas of consideration such as market study, competition scan, swot analysis, business considerations, performance status and review and objectives; innovate and Research on New Trends and New Fun Technology for Marketing; build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan; analyze customer feedback and trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Advertising - identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing strategies with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly; create Communication Plan for the year/project; conceptualize innovative advertising ideas each year to improve advertising strategies; construct Road Map for Ads and Promos
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships - establish partnerships with tenants, brands and thirdparty organizers/groups, creative teams, internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors; analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for marketing
  • Compliance & Documentation - plan and strategize marketing plans in accordance in the law; ensures that marketing documents are accurate and in compliance with the law

Experience & Educational Requirements

  • With at least 8 years managerial experience in all areas in Marketing Management
  • Graduate of any 4-year degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management or any related course
  • Required skills: high level of communication, analytical, presentation skills, proficient in MS office, Keynote, Basic Photoshop and photo and video editing

Work Location

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in SM City Baguio.
