Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of healthcare Organizations and Prescribers in all databases of the US, ANZ, Canada, and UK Region.
  • Validates, researches, and analyzes client data inquiries using the process tool.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete maintenance of reference data (healthcare Organizations and Prescribers) as essential for US, ANZ, Canada, and UK Production.
  • Perform research such as Internet Search, Phone Verification, Database Matches, etc., to gather information from third parties that will validate the completeness or accuracy of the data.
  • Conduct outbound phone verification of details on Organization and Prescriber records to validate the accuracy of reference data maintained and capture client-required details such as primary office address and primary profession/specialty.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in various process improvements as needed.
  • Validate that the information gathered from third-party sources represents accurate new data that should result in an update, creation, or deletion in the existing database.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant should have at least 2 years of call center experience.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Understands key performance indicators.
  • Possesses strong logical formulation or thought process.
  • Demonstrates good critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
