Vertiv – Manila City, Metro Manila – Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila – We are looking for an Expeditor with strong organizing & communication skills who can constantly communicate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on-time to meet customer demands and critical project milestones.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all released Purchase Orders are sent to suppliers and are confirmed following the required turn-around time.
  2. Review open Purchase Orders on a regular basis for expediting to avoid shortages and ensure accurate data are maintained in ERP system.
  3. Perform clean-up of past due Purchase Orders and identify underlying reasons and provide corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Resolve material issues by maintaining contact with the Supplier until final receipt of material at site.
  5. Organize and attend meetings with suppliers to resolve issues for better performance and track action plan status.
  6. Ensure the supplier meets the agreed delivery schedule.
  7. Act as single point of contact for all delivery related communications.
