Job Description
  • Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of advertising and promotional materials to increase sales of products or services working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
  • Assist the Marketing Services Director with annual budget development.
  • Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video footage, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic artists, media, finance, and research.
  • Recommend and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
  • Review, identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as dealers, distributors, or consumers.
  • Observe, obtain and organize information from all relevant sources to plan advertising campaigns.
  • Confer with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or products to be advertised.
  • Confer with internal clients to provide marketing or technical advice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Advertising focus or equivalent experience, MBA an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of online advertising models, including rich media technologies.
  • Understanding of the overall media and measurement/analytics landscape, online advertising and marketing trends.
  • Candidate must have strong communication skills with a track record of working with high-profiile clients.
  • Must have strong verbal, written and communication skills, ability to communicate with large groups. Strong sens of task ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
