Overview

Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure smooth retail operations (from demand planning to ensuring 100% fill rate) by helping the Sr. Operations Manager implement operational rules and systems, and periodically assessing, modifying, and improving these procedures.
  • Ensure that all operational requirements (such as product requests, store improvements & store promotions) for the accounts are served by coordinating with the office support group, external suppliers, and other retail partners.
  • Visit BLK stores and beauty counters to evaluate performance of beauty assistants, check store orderliness, conduct market studies, and troubleshoot/provide solutions to operational issues.
  • Ensure that each store or beauty counter has stocks, testers, and supplies by reporting needs to the head office, including delivering urgent items to the store when necessary.
  • Attend operational events such as product launches, accounts' special activities, invitational selling, conventions, fairs, bazaars, etc.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a retail company or an FMCG company.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Buyer, Operations assistant/supervisor, or Asst. Category/Brand manager is a plus.
  • Superior analytic skills.
  • Well-organized and systematic work process.
  • Charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills.
  • Knowledge in operations—able to manage and motivate people, develop leaders, and creatively drive sales goals while handling mall operational details.
  • Well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as necessary in Operations.
  • Working conditions: Field Work.
